Innovate Regional Revitalization: Open Blockchain Hackathon

NEMTUS Hackathon HACK+2025 とは❓

このイベントはブロックチェーン技術の可能性を最大限に引き出し、実社会における課題解決を目指すハッカソンです。

参加者は多様なアイディアや技術を持ち寄り、競い合いながらブロックチェーンの経済圏・コミュニティを活性化し、

技術普及を加速させます。

前回に引き続き、NEM/Symbolに限らず、Bitcoin・Ethereum・Cosmos SDK・Astarなどのような他のブロックチェーン技術を採用できます。

HACK+2025の新たな展開

幅広く多くの方々と一緒にブロックチェーンの活用機会を探るべく、テーマを2つ設定しています。

テーマ：地方創生

地方創生においては、地方独自の魅力を引き出しながら経済活動やコミュニティの活性化を目指すことが求められると考えます。

ブロックチェーンを活用し透明性や信頼性を確保することで、どのような貢献ができるか？

2024年現在、未だにクリティカルな解を持たないこの領域で、ぜひあなたのクリエイティビティを発揮してください。

ルール

1. ブロックチェーンを活用したアプリケーションであること。作成するアプリケーションが基盤とするブロックチェーンは、NEM / Symbol / mijin以外でも構いません。また、メインネット/テストネットは問いません。

2. 1チームまたは1名の参加者が、複数の提出をすることを可能とします。

3. 1個人が複数のチームに参画することも可能とします。

4. 応募作品の変更・修正は提出後、審査期間中においても行うことができるものとします。

5. 提出作品が「お笑い」「地方創生」両方のテーマに関連する要素を持つと思われる場合、当該1つの作品を両テーマに提出することを可能とします。

6. 上記以外の基本的なルールはAkindoルールに則ることとします。

審査基準

1. 革新性 (Innovation)：地方創生の新しいアプローチやアイデアが盛り込まれているか。 既存の問題解決方法との差別化が明確で、独創性があるか。

2. 地域貢献度 (Local Impact)：提案が地域にどのような具体的なメリットをもたらすか。 地域経済の活性化、人口流入の促進、コミュニティ形成などの効果が期待できるか。

3. 実現可能性 (Feasibility)：提案されたアイデアが現実的に実現可能であるか。 必要なリソース（技術、資金、人材）を考慮した設計がされているか。

コミュニティ評価

提出作品に対する「評価」について、審査員による審査に加え、コミュニティの皆様からも受け付けます。

提出作品に対し、スター付与やコメント投稿をすることができますので、作品への感想や制作チームへの応援メッセージ等、ぜひご入力ください。

What is NEMTUS Hackathon HACK+2025❓

This event is a hackathon aimed at maximizing the potential of blockchain technology to address real-world challenges.

Participants will bring diverse ideas and technologies to the table, competing to revitalize blockchain ecosystems and communities while accelerating the adoption of blockchain technology.

Continuing from the previous event, participants are not limited to NEM/Symbol but can also utilize other blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos SDK, and Astar.

New Developments in HACK+2025

To explore opportunities for utilizing blockchain technology with a wide range of participants, we have set two themes.

Theme: Regional Revitalization

In regional revitalization, it is essential to highlight the unique appeal of local areas while aiming to invigorate economic activities and communities.

How can blockchain technology be utilized to ensure transparency and trust, and what contributions can it make?

As of 2024, this remains a domain without a critical solution. We invite you to showcase your creativity in addressing these challenges.

Rules

1. It must be an application utilizing blockchain technology. The blockchain serving as the foundation for the application can be other than NEM / Symbol / mijin. Additionally, whether it uses the mainnet or testnet is not a restriction.

2. Each team or individual participant is allowed to submit multiple entries.

3. An individual may participate in multiple teams.

4. Submitted works can be modified or revised even during the judging period after submission.

5. If a submitted work is deemed to contain elements related to both themes, "Comedy" and "Regional Revitalization," the same work can be submitted under both themes.

6. Other basic rules will adhere to the Akindo Rules.

Judging Criteria

1. Innovation: Does the proposal incorporate new approaches or ideas for regional revitalization? Is there a clear differentiation from existing problem-solving methods, and does it demonstrate originality?

2. Local Impact: What specific benefits will the proposal bring to the region? Can it be expected to contribute to revitalizing the local economy, attracting population inflow, or fostering community building?

3. Feasibility: Is the proposed idea realistically achievable? Does the design account for the necessary resources ?(technology, funding, human resources)

Community Evaluation

In addition to evaluations by the judges, we also welcome feedback from the community for the submitted works.

Community members can give stars and post comments on the submissions. Feel free to share your thoughts on the projects or send messages of support to the creators.

A link to join the "Product Reviewer" role will be issued at a later date.

Please note that the "Community Evaluation" content will not directly influence the official judging score.
