Implement a JPY ERC20 Stablecoin on Japan Open Chain using Solidity.

Goals:

Design and implement Japanese yen stablecoin that is ERC20 compatible on the Japan Open Chain using Solidity as a smart contract.

Please expand the implementation to include additional features that would be convenient for the stablecoin. We expect innovative and groundbreaking additional features through creative thinking.

Additionally, we welcome the use of the implemented stablecoin across blockchains (LayerZero), and the development of surrounding tools and UI.

Challenges:

On the Japan Open Chain, a public network compatible with Ethereum and compliant with Japanese law, there is a growing need for the issuance of stablecoins. In Japan, as the legal framework for stablecoin issuance is beginning to be established, we are entering a stage where the functionalities and constraints required by stablecoins are being technically realized.

In this hackathon, we expect proposals that freely explore the possible functionalities of stablecoins, leading to more user-friendly and convenient implementations.

Judging Criteria:

Utilization of Japan Open Chain (20%): Whether the proposal captures the unique features of the Japan Open Chain and proposes a method to utilize them.

Project Advancement (10%): Whether the project is progressing according to the initial plan.

Practical Utility Considerations (30%): Whether the implementation of the stable token includes innovations considering the expected regulations.

UI/UX Considerations (20%): Whether the system or service leveraging blockchain technology includes improvements in UI/UX, often overlooked, to enhance usability.

Technological Innovation (20%): Whether the proposal includes novel ideas not previously suggested in the use of blockchain technology.
