目的（Wave4）：

​・ICP ハッカソン2025のWave4は、Internet Computer Protocol (ICP)の革新的技術を活用した分散型アプリケーション開発を促進するプログラムです。参加開発者の皆様には、分散ID（Internet Identity等）、マルチチェーン統合/web2-web3、クラウド化されたスマートコントラクト（Canisters）などのICP特有の機能を実装したdAppの開発に挑戦していただきます。このハッカソンは、従来のブロックチェーン技術では実現できなかった新たなユースケース創出をインキュベートする場であり、ICPの技術的優位性を活かした独自性の高いプロジェクトを通じて、Web3エコシステムに新たな価値をもたらすことを目指しています。

提出要件（Wave4）：

以下が不十分の場合、審査が難しい場合があります。

1：必ず本番環境にデプロイしてください

→ ICPの本番環境にデプロイし、実際に開発したものを触れる状態にしてください。

※審査にあたり、「Githubリポジトリの提出は必須」。審査は本番環境にデプロイしたアプリケーションの「ユーザー体験」で実施します。

※なお、本番環境にデプロイする際に、少額のCycle（ICPのガス代のようなもの）がかかります。基本的にデプロイの際までにご自身でICPトークンを入手いただくようお願いいたします。（なお、以下のフォームにご入力いただければ、ICP Japanで約200円分のICP(0.2ICP)をお送りさせていただくことも可能です ※フォームの入力内容で判断します）

​📏評価基準（Wave4）：

創造性 (30%)

​・ICPの特有機能（分散ID、マルチチェーン統合、Canistersなど）をどれだけ革新的に活用しているかを評価します。従来のブロックチェーンでは実現困難だった新しいユースケースの提案や、問題解決アプローチにおける独自性と新規性が重視されます。特にWeb3とWeb2の統合における創造的なアプローチや、ユーザー体験に新しい工夫やアイデアを取り入れているプロジェクトが高く評価されます。

インパクト (30%)

・解決しようとする問題の重要性と対象市場の規模、そしてユーザー採用の可能性と拡張性を評価します。Web3エコシステム全体への貢献度と将来性、ビジネスモデルの実現可能性と持続性も重要な要素です。社会的・経済的インパクトが大きく、多くの人々の生活や産業に有意義な変化をもたらす可能性があるプロジェクトが高く評価されます。

シンプルさ・用途のわかりやすさ (40%)

・ユーザーインターフェースのわかりやすさと使いやすさ、プロジェクトのコンセプトと価値提案の明確さを評価します。開発ドキュメントの質とわかりやすさも重要視され、非技術者でも理解しやすい説明と活用例が提供されているかどうかがポイントとなります。実際のユーザーが直感的に使える設計と実装がなされているプロジェクトが高く評価されます。

・Application development using ICP technology (dApp development)

Purpose (Wave 4):

・Wave 4 of ICP Hackathon 2025 is a program to promote the development of decentralized applications using innovative technologies of Internet Computer Protocol (ICP). Participating developers will be challenged to develop dApps that implement ICP-specific functions such as decentralized ID (Internet Identity, etc.), multi-chain integration/web2-web3, and cloud-based smart contracts (Canisters). This hackathon is a forum for incubating the creation of new use cases that could not be realized with conventional blockchain technology, and aims to bring new value to the Web3 ecosystem through highly unique projects that leverage ICP's technological advantages.

Submission requirements (Wave 4):

If the following are insufficient, it may be difficult to review your application.

1: Be sure to deploy to the production environment

→ Deploy to the ICP production environment and make sure that the developed application can be touched.

*Submission of a Github repository is mandatory for the review. The review will be conducted based on the "user experience" of the application deployed to the production environment.

*Please note that a small amount of Cycles (similar to ICP gas fees) will be charged when deploying to the production environment. In general, we ask that you obtain your own ICP token before deployment.

2: Please enrich the README so that the service content is clear.（Please write in Japanese）

Please include the following items in the README and submit it.

📏Evaluation criteria (Wave 4):

Creativity (30%)

・We evaluate how innovatively the ICP's unique features (decentralized ID, multi-chain integration, Canisters, etc.) are utilized. Emphasis is placed on the proposal of new use cases that were difficult to realize with conventional blockchains, and the originality and novelty of the problem-solving approach. Projects that incorporate creative approaches to integrating Web3 and Web2, and new ideas and innovations into the user experience, are particularly highly evaluated.

Impact (30%)

・We evaluate the importance of the problem to be solved, the size of the target market, and the possibility and scalability of user adoption. The contribution and future potential of the entire Web3 ecosystem, and the feasibility and sustainability of the business model are also important factors. Projects that have a large social and economic impact and have the potential to bring about meaningful changes to the lives and industries of many people are highly evaluated.

Simplicity/Ease of Use (40%)

・We evaluate the ease of use and clarity of the user interface, and the clarity of the project's concept and value proposition. The quality and clarity of the development documentation are also important, and the key point is whether explanations and use examples that are easy to understand even for non-technical people are provided. Projects that are designed and implemented in a way that is intuitive for real users will be highly evaluated.

・Deploy a sample canister (smart contract) on ICP, which will be an entry point for developers to learn about the development method of decentralized applications in practice. It is also intended to be an opportunity for developers to learn about the development environment on ICP.
