Founded in Japan, it has moved its headquarters to Singapore and has established a global network of customers and partners.</p><p><br /></p><h2>EMURGOについて</h2><p><br /></p><p>EMURGOは、グローバルに展開するブロックチェーン・テクノロジー企業であり、Cardanoブロックチェーンの創設企業です。教育、投資、インフラ開発を通じて、CardanoのWeb3エコシステムの導入を促進する製品とサービスを提供しています。日本での創業後、シンガポールに本拠地を移し、世界中にクライアント・パートナーネットワークを確立しています。</p><p><br /></p><h2>今回のプロジェクトに関して</h2><p><br /></p><p>今回のハッカソンでは、DAOに関するツールの開発がテーマになります。</p><p><br /></p><p>2024年4月、合同会社型DAO解禁が日本で解禁されました。社員権をNFTで販売すること、資金を管理するトレジャーリー、資金の活用を社員権を保有したメンバーがオンチェーンで投票など、ブロックチェーン技術を活用して合同会社の運営をすることができるようになりました。</p><p><br /></p><p>このプロジェクトでは、カルダノブロックチェーンを活用し、DAO運営で有用となるアプリケーションを開発してもらいます。5月8日時点において、カルダノからヨロイウォレット（ノンカストディアルウォレット）、NMKR（NFT発行プラットフォーム）、Clarity(オンチェーン投票)が、DAO協会のネガティブチェックを通過しており、このプロジェクトで活用できる技術アセットとなります。</p><p><br /></p><p>つまり、トークンの格納、ファンジブル・ノンファンジブルトークンの発行、トレジャリー管理、オンチェーン投票以外の補完的なツール・要素を考えていただき、開発してもらいます。</p><h2><br /></h2><h2>About the project </h2><p><br /></p><p>The theme of this hackathon will be the development of tools related to DAOs. In April 2024, Japan eased the regulation around limited liability companies, and it is now possible to operate a limited liability company using blockchain technology, including issuing membership tokens in the form of NFT, on-chain voting to manage funds in the treasury, etc </p><p><br /></p><p>Participants must use the Cardano blockchain to develop applications beneficial for DAO operations in general. </p><p><br /></p><p>As of May 8, Yoroi Wallet (non-custodial wallet), NMKR (Token issuance platform), and Clarity (DAO tool) from Cardano have passed negative checks from the DAO Association in Japan and will be the technology assets that can be utilized in this project.</p><p><br /></p><p>You will be asked to consider and develop complementary tools and elements other than the wallet components, such as fungible and non-fundable token issuance, treasury management, and on-chain voting.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
